Chiesa di Santa Maria della Castellaretta

Probably built on a “castellare” (hence the name, it still preserves an inscription dated 1270 together with the name of master Jacopo from Cingoli.

It was a votive church built by the soldiers returning back from the Battle of Lepanto (1571).

The small baroque interior is rich in stucco decorations.

San Francesco al Musone

Small church located near the confluence of the stream Acqualta and the river Musone, more exactly next to a miraculous water source. A legend has it that in 1210 St. Francis of Assisi himself ordered the waters to gush out.
