Located in Planina area, it is probably the oldest abbey in Vallesina.

Its origin can be traced back to several centuries before the year one thousand and it is linked to the early immigration of monks in Esino valley. The abbey is dedicated to the holy bishop of Ravenna.

Restored between 1968 and 1973, it recovered its Romanesque-Gothic identity. The fresco of the apse dating 1508 was attributed to Andrea di Bartolo

(1518).
